Description

CM4 Industrial is an industrial computer based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4). The system offers 8GB of RAM and 8GB of eMMC storage. It also supports system booting from an SD card. The device provides a wide range of industrial communication interfaces and features, such as RS232, RS485, a precise ADC converter, isolated inputs/outputs, relay control, a battery-powered real-time clock, an audible alarm, one Ethernet interface with PoE support, one 10/100M port, a 4G/LTE module, and support for external antennas. Additionally, it features certified dual-band WiFi 2.4/5.8GHz and Bluetooth. It also supports official Raspberry Pi components, such as an 8 MP camera, a DSI display port, and HDMI output.

Other noteworthy features of the CM4 Industrial include built-in serial Flash 32Mb (4MB) for system data storage, a wide input voltage range of 8 to 36 V, and ESD protection for all critical interfaces. Users can expand the functionality of the device using the PCI-e 1x Gen2 interface, standard 40-pin GPIO connector, two 4-pin USB interfaces for internal expansion, the RS232 TTL interface, and other options.
