The RTC module with the Dallas DS1307 system and Atmel AT24C32 memory is a compact and energy-saving module that combines a precise real-time clock with 32 kb EEPROM memory, communicates via the I2C interface and time backup with a CR2032 battery, ideal for integration with microcontrollers in various electronic projects
The RTC module with the Dallas DS1307 chip and Atmel AT24C32 memory is a compact and efficient solution that combines the functions of a real-time clock and 32 kb EEPROM memory. This versatile module provides precise real-time tracking and additional data storage for electronic and microcontroller systems.
Using a precision crystal oscillator, the Dallas DS1307 maintains time accuracy even when there is a power outage thanks to the built-in CR2032 backup battery. The low power consumption of the module, resulting from the use of CMOS technology, allows long-term operation with minimal impact on the power supply.
The RTC module with the Dallas DS1307 chip and Atmel AT24C32 memory uses the popular I2C communication interface, facilitating integration with various microcontrollers and development platforms, such as Arduino or Raspberry Pi. The AT24C32's EEPROM provides an additional 32 kb of data storage, allowing users to save configuration values, measurement data, and other information necessary for their projects. It also has a programmable output that can be used to drive an LED or trigger an interrupt.
