SBC6300X is an advanced single-board computer with a 32-bit ARM926EJ-S processor, designed for industrial, networking, and multimedia applications. A rich set of interfaces, the ability to run Linux and Windows CE, and an open architecture make it a universal solution for embedded projects.
The Embest SBC6300X single-board computer based on the Atmel AT91SAM9263 processor (ARM926EJ-S core, 200 MHz) provides a flexible hardware platform for embedded applications with support for Linux 2.6.24 and Windows CE 6.0. Its design, built on two boards – the Mini6300 core module and the baseboard – enables expansion and integration with complex systems. The unit is equipped with 64 MB SDRAM, 128 MB NAND Flash, 4 MB NOR Flash, 4 MB Data Flash, and a range of communication and peripheral interfaces, including 8 UART ports, 2 Ethernet ports, USB Host/Device, CAN2.0, LCD connector with touch panel, audio, SD, keyboard interface, and an 8-channel ADC. The system supports programmability via Ethernet and includes a complete set of drivers and BSP for selected operating systems.
