Flexible Fiberlogy FiberFlex+CF S2 filament in Black, with a 1.75mm diameter and 0.50kg net weight, combining a TPU base with carbon fiber reinforcement. The material provides 60MPa tensile strength, a 2200MPa tensile modulus and 15% elongation at break for applications requiring mechanical resistance with controlled flexibility. Fiberlogy FiberFlex+CF S2
Fiberlogy FiberFlex+CF S2 Black 1.75mm 0.50kg filament combines a flexible TPU base with carbon fiber reinforcement. The material is intended for FFF/FDM printing of parts requiring a combination of elasticity, high mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Applications include damping components, protective parts, grips, technical components and parts exposed to mechanical loads.
Tensile strength at break is 60MPa, while tensile modulus reaches 2200MPa. An elongation at break of 15% provides substantially lower stretch than conventional very soft flexible filaments. Notched Charpy impact strength at 23°C is 40kJ/m².
FiberFlex+CF has a Vicat softening temperature of 91°C. Heat deflection temperature reaches 70°C at 1.8MPa and 134°C at 0.45MPa. These properties make the material suitable for functional components requiring higher stiffness and thermal resistance than standard TPU filaments.
The recommended printing temperature is 190–205°C, with a bed temperature of 80°C. Maximum recommended printing speed is below 60mm/s, with the cooling fan set to 50–75%. An enclosed chamber is not required. If the material has absorbed moisture, it should be dried for 4 hours at 80°C.
