Description
Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber Black 800g (NFC) is a technical filament based on PA11 polyamide reinforced with recycled carbon fibers, which increase stiffness, strength and resistance to mechanical wear. The addition of carbon fibers reduces material deformation during printing and improves dimensional stability of finished parts, which is important in the production of structural components and load-bearing elements.
The material is suitable for manufacturing structural parts, mechanical components and elements operating in demanding environments, such as engine parts, holders, enclosures and functional components used in automotive, aerospace and engineering projects. Printed parts offer thermal resistance up to 190°C depending on load, along with resistance to various chemicals including alcohols, oils, fuels and solvents, while maintaining a low friction coefficient.
Carbon fiber reinforcement also provides a uniform matte surface finish and reduces moisture absorption compared to standard polyamides. The spool is equipped with an NFC tag compliant with the OpenPrintTag standard, enabling storage and reading of material data directly via compatible printers or mobile applications without cloud dependency. The production process is quality-controlled to ensure a diameter tolerance of ±0,04 mm, supporting consistent printing results, while the abrasive nature of the material requires the use of a hardened nozzle.
