The 1.28" 240x240 Round TFT LCD Display is a unique, circular TFT display with a 1.28" diagonal, ideal for projects such as smartwatches, small electronic devices, or portable interfaces. The display offers high 240x240 pixel RGB resolution with a wide viewing angle, ensuring clear and vibrant colors even up to an 80° angle. Thanks to the SPI interface and built-in memory, it can be used with virtually any microcontroller, even those with limited pins and memory.
The display uses the GC9A01A driver, compatible with the popular ST7789, and the included Arduino library provides full support for drawing pixels, lines, shapes, text, and bitmaps. The module features a 3.3V LDO voltage regulator, an automatic reset circuit, and a level shifter for 3.3V/5V power and logic. Additionally, it includes a microSD card reader for loading color bitmaps from FAT16/FAT32 cards (microSD card not included).
The module design simplifies mounting with a 1x16 connector and two mounting holes. The display has low power consumption, making it suitable for portable devices. It is lightweight and compact, easing integration into tight project spaces. With high brightness and vivid colors, the image remains readable even in bright environments. It supports both static images and dynamic animations, and allows easy graphics loading from microSD. Fully compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other SPI-enabled devices, it is a versatile solution for a variety of electronic projects.
