Description
7-inch touch screen with a resolution of 800x480 pixels adapted for mounting in panels. The display is equipped with an HDMI interface, the TFP401 TFP401 system from Texas Instruments functions as a decoder. TFP401 processes unencrypted video signals and outputs 24-bit resolution (no HDCP support).
The display is powered by a USB socket, it normally needs approx. 600 mA, with a backlight reduced by half - approx. 400 mA. The brightness of the backlight can be controlled via the PWM input of the display.
The touch panel appears in the system as a USB mouse, it does not require additional drivers, the operating systems tested are: Windows, OS X, Linux Debian, Raspbian. The touch panel does NOT work with Raspberry Pi working with Windows 10 IoT.
The display is recommended for use with single board computers equipped with HDMI interface, such as Raspberry Pi (a tutorial on setting the resolution ) or BeagleBone Black .
Attention!
The Raspberry Pi computer seen in the pictures is not included in the set, it can be purchased separately.
