Module with DC motor driver DRV8256E. It allows you to control the movement of a DC motor with a voltage from 4.5 to 48 V and a current of up to 1.9 A (continuous current). The interface requires two control lines: PWM and GPIO to control the direction of movement. The use of one PWM signal allows you to limit the number of inputs needed for bidirectional motor movement, but such a solution does not support the braking function. The controller has built-in protection against reverse polarity, over voltage, overload and overheating. The logical part can be supplied with the voltage from 1.8 to 5.5V, thanks to which the module can work with voltages of 3.3 V and 5 V.
