Shield with two-channel DC motor driver designed for Arduino boards, which can be used as a stepper motor driver. It allows you to control the movement of motors with a supply voltage from 7 to 30 V and a current consumption of up to 1.2 A (continuous current). The control can be done via the PWM signal or using the built-in buttons and switches, which allow very easy testing of the drives without the need to connect a controller. The module can work with 3.3 V and 5 V systems, making it compatible with all popular development boards that have a pin spacing compatible with the Arduino Uno. In the GitHub repository, the Arduino library is available along with the user manual.

This shield makes it easy to control two high-power DC motors with your Arduino or Arduino-compatible board. Its dual robust VNH5019 motor drivers operate from 5.5 to 24 V and can deliver a continuous 12 A (30 A peak) per motor, or a continuous 24 A (60 A peak) to a single motor connected to both channels. This Kit with fully-dedicated PWM driver chip handles all the motor and speed controls over I2C. Only two data pins (SDA & SCL in addition to the power pins GND & 5V) are required to drive the multiple motors; you can also connect any other I2C devices or shields to the same pins. This makes it drop-in compatible with any Arduino, such as the Uno, Due, Leonardo and Mega R3. Adafruit 1438
