LDL112D33R is a precision LDO regulator with a 3.3 V output voltage and current capability up to 1.2 A, designed for high energy efficiency applications. Its low dropout voltage and quiescent current make it an ideal solution for modern digital systems powered by batteries or requiring stable voltage under dynamic load conditions.
The LDL112 series LDO regulator provides a fixed 3.3 V output voltage with a maximum load current of up to 1.2 A. It features a low quiescent current (35 μA) and a typical dropout voltage of 300 mV at full load. Designed for applications requiring high energy efficiency, stable supply voltage, and low noise – including mobile devices, IoT systems, medical equipment, and industrial automation. The regulator includes thermal, current, and active shutdown protection features. The SOIC-8 package allows surface mounting in moderately dense circuit layouts.
