About the book

The book is intended for all electronic engineers who want to thoroughly learn about the structure and programming of PIC16F8x microcontrollers. The theoretical issues that are necessary for understanding the architecture and operation of these microcontrollers have been illustrated with examples. Their selection was dictated by typical problems that a modern designer of microprocessor systems has to solve. The method of serial transmission using the RS232, I2C and 1-Wire interfaces as well as methods of connecting various types of keyboards and displays (including alphanumeric LCDs) to the microcontrollers are presented. The examples presented in the book are illustrated with programs that were tested on an evaluation module designed for PIC16F8x microcontrollers. The description of this module is also included in the book.

The book was written in Polish.
