Textured spring steel sheet with PEI coating designed for the Prusa CORE One 3D printer. The flexible steel base works with a magnetic heatbed, allowing quick installation and easy print removal by bending the sheet.
The powder-coated surface applied directly onto the metal increases resistance to mechanical damage and high temperatures. The textured finish transfers onto the bottom layer of prints while masking minor scratches that may occur during regular use.
The build surface enables printing materials such as PETG without the need for additional adhesives. After cooling, prints detach automatically, simplifying operation and reducing turnaround time between prints.
For PLA prints with small contact areas, the use of a brim is recommended to improve adhesion. Cleaning should be performed without acetone, as it may damage the PEI surface.
