Description

An M12-mount lens with a fixed focal length of 2.8mm is used in vision systems that require a wide field of view while maintaining limited image distortion. The low-distortion optical design provides improved image geometry compared to standard wide-angle lenses, which is applied in vision systems, robotics, and image analysis applications.

The lens is designed for use with 1/2.7" image sensors used in compact camera modules. The standard M12 (S-mount) interface enables manual focus adjustment by screwing the lens into the camera mount, without the need for additional adapters. The product is developed by ArduCam.
