This USB industrial camera with a monochrome Global Shutter sensor is designed to capture high-speed, distortion-free motion. The camera offers 640 x 480 VGA resolution and captures up to 800 frames per second at 160 x 120 resolution. A wide-angle lens with a 166° field of view allows for large-area observation, while a built-in ISP image processor ensures real-time image processing. The device operates in the USB2 UVC standard and is compatible with Windows and Linux systems. ArduCAM B0632
Arducam ezBOX GS is a compact industrial USB camera equipped with a monochrome global shutter sensor, designed for applications requiring extremely fast image capture and precise motion analysis. Thanks to global shutter technology, all sensor pixels are exposed simultaneously, eliminating distortions typical of rolling shutter sensors and enabling accurate capture of fast-moving objects. The camera can record video at up to 800 frames per second at QQVGA resolution, making it suitable for advanced motion analysis systems, quality inspection, and scientific research. The integrated wide-angle lens provides a very large field of view, allowing monitoring of a larger area without the need to install multiple cameras.
The device features a built-in image signal processor (ISP) responsible for real-time image processing and optimization of parameters such as brightness, contrast, and exposure. As a result, the camera delivers a stable and ready-to-use image without requiring intensive processing on the host computer. The camera operates using the USB2 UVC (USB Video Class) standard, ensuring full compatibility with popular operating systems without the need to install additional drivers. Simply connect it to a USB port to start working with image analysis software or machine vision systems.
The durable metal enclosure provides resistance to industrial working environments and ensures stable mounting. The camera also supports external triggering, enabling synchronization of image capture with other devices in measurement or production systems. Additionally, users can configure a Region of Interest (ROI), allowing capture of only a selected part of the image to improve processing performance and achieve even higher operating speeds. Thanks to these capabilities, the Arducam ezBOX GS B0632 camera can be used in applications such as robotics, machine vision, industrial automation, imaging systems, and rapid prototyping.
