Description

RGB USB camera with a resolution of 1280 x 720 px (HD 720p), equipped with a 1 MP OmniVision OV9732 CMOS sensor and a wide-angle lens offering a 100° field of view. The RGB USB Camera-100°-720P module captures color images and transmits them to a computer via USB 2.0. Compliance with the UVC (USB Video Class) standard allows the camera to operate without dedicated drivers on compatible Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android systems. The lens features manual focus adjustment, allowing image sharpness to be adapted to the distance of observed objects. The wide field of view enables coverage of a larger workspace, reducing the need for multiple cameras.

The camera is designed for robotic vision systems, object recognition prototyping, and image data collection for training control algorithms. It can be used with the SO-ARM101 Pro robotic arm to provide an additional view of the gripper, manipulated objects, and the robot's surroundings. Other applications include robot learning through demonstration, monitoring manipulation tasks, and testing image processing algorithms. Its compact dimensions of approximately 38 x 38 x 16.05 mm simplify installation within a research workstation, while the included 2 m connection cable allows the camera to be positioned at a suitable distance from a computer or robot controller.
