Waterproof Junction Box Kit Seeed Studio 114992988 is a sealed IP68 junction box for easy and safe connection of 12 V power supply, e.g. to data loggers including the S2100 model. Designed for outdoor installations in industrial and environmental applications, it provides protection against moisture, dust, and mechanical damage.
Description
The Waterproof Junction Box Kit is designed for safely connecting the S2100 data logger to an external 12 V power source without the need for soldering, cutting wires, or using additional tools. The plastic housing with IP68 protection ensures resistance against dust and prolonged immersion in water. The kit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientation as an external junction box.
The kit includes all components necessary for installation, including a screwdriver, sealing tape, M12 cable, and a set of screws. It is intended for cables with a diameter of 4–8 mm and a cross-section of 0.5–2.5 mm². It can be used not only with the S2100 data logger but also in other systems requiring safe external power or signal connections.
