Description
The RM520N-GL module is an advanced 5G Sub-6GHz solution, optimized for IoT and EMBB (Enhanced Mobile Broadband) applications. It is based on the 3GPP Release 16 specification and supports both 5G non-standalone (NSA) and standalone (SA) modes. The module is designed in the M.2 format, making it compatible with other Quectel modules, such as RM50xQ, EM06 (LTE-A Cat 6), EM12/EM12xR/EM120K (Cat 12), and EM160R-GL (Cat 16), which facilitates a smooth migration from LTE-A to 5G.
Specifically tailored for industrial and commercial applications, the RM520N-GL supports most major global network operators. It features an integrated, multi-band GNSS receiver that supports GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and Galileo systems, simplifying product design and enabling fast and accurate positioning. The module is equipped with a wide range of network protocols and integrated interfaces that comply with industry standards. It also supports multiple drivers and functionalities (USB/PCIe drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Linux, and Android), making it suitable for various applications, including industrial routers, home gateways, STBs, industrial and consumer laptops, rugged tablets, PDAs, video surveillance, and digital signage.
