Description

The Yato YT‑81461 set includes 200 crimp heat‑shrink sleeves designed to create durable, sealed connections on electrical wires with cross‑sections from 0.5 to 6 mm² (20‑10 AWG). Each sleeve consists of a copper barrel connector mounted inside a heat‑shrink tube with an outer PE jacket and an inner thermally activated adhesive layer that melts upon heating to form an additional seal at the interface between the wire insulation and the connector.

When the copper connectors are properly crimped, electrical conductivity is maintained with minimal resistance, and the shrunk heat‑shrink tube provides a hermetically sealed and mechanically stable joint without the need for extra insulation or tape. The product is used in electrical installations, vehicles, machines, and equipment where connections must withstand moisture and vibration.
