Description

Industrial cellular router designed to connect automation devices, measurement systems, controllers and IoT infrastructure with cellular, Ethernet and WiFi networks. Teltonika RUT956 supports 4G LTE Cat 4 with download speeds up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds up to 50 Mbps, as well as 3G and 2G networks. Two Mini SIM slots enable automatic SIM switching in cases such as weak signal, roaming, network loss or data connection failure. The router provides WiFi 4 802.11b/g/n, one WAN port and three 10/100 Mbps LAN ports, automatic WAN Failover and load balancing.

RS232 and RS485 interfaces and a USB 2.0 port, combined with an extensive set of inputs and outputs, enable integration of industrial devices, meters, sensors and controllers using serial communication. The GNSS receiver supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS, as well as NMEA 0183, NTRIP and geofencing functions, allowing the router to operate in location systems, transport applications and mobile installations. RutOS based on OpenWrt provides routing, firewall, VLAN, VPN and support for Modbus RTU/TCP, DNP3, DLMS/COSEM, OPC UA, BACnet and MQTT, while Teltonika RMS enables remote configuration and monitoring. 9-30 VDC power supply and passive PoE on the LAN1 port, combined with the aluminium enclosure and operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C, support use in industrial automation, energy systems, telemetry, monitoring and remote infrastructure supervision.
