Set of five TSAL6400 IR transmitters, 940 nm, in 5 mm DIP package enables implementation of projects requiring focused infrared light emission. Thanks to high radiant intensity and narrow emission angle, they are ideal for remote control applications, automation systems, and optical communication.
TSAL6400 infrared emitter diodes in standard 5 mm DIP package, emitting radiation at a wavelength of 940 nm. With a focused beam angle of ±25° and high radiant intensity of 40 mW/sr, they are suitable for use in remote control systems, IR data transmission, and object detection. The diodes feature a transparent, bluish lens that enhances directional emission. The set includes 5 pieces.
