Description
The industrial fanless computer SL-IoT-BOX_6ULL_512R_08GE_1WB_E is intended for edge applications, PLC controllers, and automation systems with wireless network support. It is based on the VisionSOM-6ULL module with an energy-efficient NXP i.MX6ULL Cortex-A7 processor clocked at 792 MHz. Equipped with 512 MB DDR3L memory and 8 GB eMMC storage, it enables running Linux operating systems, including Debian and Yocto.
The design enables remote communication thanks to integrated Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth BLE modules with an external antenna. The device features a rich set of interfaces: 2 x RS232, 1 x RS485, 1 x CAN-FD, 4 x USB 2.0, Ethernet 10/100 Mb/s, as well as digital inputs and outputs compliant with IEC 61131-2 TYPE 1 and two relays (NC-C-NO). An aluminum IP40 enclosure and 10–24 VDC power supply ensure reliability in industrial environments.
The computer includes a USB-OTG port for programming eMMC memory, a Linux system console, and an integrated RTC with battery backup. Support for OpenPLC enables implementation of flexible programmable controllers in automation applications.
