Pololu 5651 is an adapter that enables integration of JST PH and SH wires with circuits using a 2.54 mm pitch. Thanks to its compact design and the side-entry PH connector, it is suitable for projects with limited space and where wires need to be routed parallel to the PCB.
The Pololu 5651 module serves as an adapter for connecting wires terminated with JST PH 2-pin (2.00 mm pitch, side-entry) and JST SH 2-pin (1.00 mm pitch, top-entry) connectors to a standard 2.54 mm through-hole layout. Both connectors are placed in parallel, allowing the board to be used either as a PH-to-SH adapter or as a universal interface for power and signal wires. The PH connector supports up to 2 A, while the SH connector supports up to 1 A.
The row of through-holes, compatible with common pin headers and screw terminals, enables integration with prototyping boards and embedded systems. The side-entry PH connector ensures a low profile and makes it easier to route wires parallel to the board.
