The WS2813B PLCC-6 LED diode integrates an RGB chip and controller in a single 5050 package, supports a dual signal line with transmission continuity function, and a 24-bit color depth. Used in lighting installations, peripheral devices, and multimedia systems.
WS2813B LEDs in a PLCC-6 package integrate an RGB chip and control circuit in a standard 5050 size, enabling the creation of externally digitally controlled pixels. The circuit supports dual signal lines (DIN and BIN), which ensures continuity of data transmission even in the event of a single pixel failure. The built-in signal shaping correction circuit eliminates distortions and enables signal transmission over a distance of more than 5 m without additional amplifying circuits.
The WS2813B supports 24-bit color depth (256 levels per channel), providing a full palette of 16,777,216 colors and a refresh rate of up to 2 kHz – sufficient for operation with HD cameras without flicker. The data transmission protocol is based on NZR mode with one input and output signal and an internal data latch circuit. The maximum transmission speed is 800 kb/s, and at 30 fps it is possible to cascade at least 1024 pixels. The lack of need for external components, such as capacitors, simplifies circuit design.
Used in decorative lighting, peripheral devices, computer equipment, entertainment systems, and consumer electronics.
