LoRa Gateway is an advanced communication device based on the BCM2711 processor, a quad-core ARM Cortex-A72 (ARM v8) 64-bit at 1.5 GHz. With efficient 4 GB RAM and a 32 GB micro SD card, the gateway provides ample space for data storage and handling demanding applications. There is also an option to expand memory via an additional SD card. The device is equipped with an HDMI port and Gigabit Ethernet, ensuring fast network connections and versatility in integration with other systems. The built-in WiFi 2.4 GHz / 5.8 GHz dual-band is compatible with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth 5.0 with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) support enables wireless communication over short distances.
The 4G/LTE module, supporting Unicom and Telecom mobile networks, provides flexibility in communication across various locations. Support for the LoRa WAN protocol allows communication in long-range IoT networks. The LoRa gateway operates on the 868 MHz frequency band (EU868), which complies with EU regulations. The gateway is also equipped with a GNSS system supporting GPS L1 C/A, BeiDou B1I, and GLONASS L1, enabling precise location tracking. There is also a Serial (TTL) port for system console management and a Real Time Clock (RTC) powered by a CR1220 battery to ensure continuous time tracking. The device is housed in a weather-resistant aluminum enclosure with an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for operation in harsh industrial conditions. Power is supplied via POE with a voltage range of 40V to 57V.
