Description

The OV9282 Camera Module is a solution designed for applications requiring high-quality images with minimal latency. It features a monochrome sensor with a global shutter, allowing for distortion-free images. The camera offers a resolution of 1 MP (1280x800), making it ideal for real-time image processing applications such as video analysis, monitoring, and AI-based systems. The sensor's field of view is 89° (DFOV), 80° (HFOV), and 55° (VFOV), providing a wide range suitable for many uses. The module supports high-speed operation, offering resolutions such as 1280x800 at 129 FPS, 1280x720 at 143 FPS, and 640x400 at 255 FPS, making it perfect for applications requiring rapid image capture in high resolution. The module uses MIPI 2-lane interface and a 26-pin FFC connector for easy integration with other components. Additionally, it features an IR filter, enabling its use in low-light conditions.

With the built-in Image Signal Processor (ISP), the camera supports advanced 3A algorithms, including Auto Exposure, Auto White Balance, and Auto Focus, ensuring optimal image quality under various lighting conditions. It also allows for manual adjustment of exposure, gain, and white balance. In manual mode, the camera supports minimum FPS of 1.6, a minimum exposure time of 10 μs, and a maximum exposure time of 1/FPS (e.g., 33 ms at 30 FPS). In automatic mode, the minimum exposure time is 20 μs, and the maximum exposure time depends on the Anti-Banding mode, which reduces flickering in artificial lighting. In Anti-Banding OFF mode, the maximum exposure time is 33 ms, at 50 Hz it is 30 ms, and at 60 Hz it is 25 ms. The OV9282 camera is an excellent choice for applications requiring high-quality real-time image capture with minimal delay and extensive image adjustment capabilities.
