The LCRkelvin is a four-wire Kelvin probe designed for precise measurements of RLC components using LCR meters. Its design minimizes the influence of wire and contact resistance, enabling accurate measurement of even small resistances, essential for analyzing low-impedance components. The probe is equipped with Kelvin jaws made of ABS plastic with gold-plated contact surfaces, ensuring durability, reliability, and reduced measurement errors. The maximum jaw opening is 17 mm, and the 44 mm cable length provides compatibility with a wide range of LCR meters, including Hantek, CEM, and Uni-T. The probe supports a rated voltage and current of up to CATIII 1000V/32A, meeting high safety and versatility standards.
