Description
The 50X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables operation at high voltages, ensuring both safety and measurement accuracy. Its low input impedance minimizes impact on the measured signal. Fully compatible with OIP350 probes, this tip is ideal for signal analysis up to 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 350 MHz in both laboratory and field environments. The compact design allows for easy access to hard-to-reach test points.
