Description
The clamp meter BM357s Compact PowerClamp™ DMM is an advanced measuring tool that combines a compact design, high functionality, and reliability. Equipped with narrow clamp jaws, it allows easy access to wires in hard-to-reach places, while its lightweight and ergonomic design ensures comfortable operation.
The device offers full power measurement functions, including energy recording in kWh and power measurements in three-phase systems with unbalanced loads. Thanks to True RMS technology, it guarantees accurate measurements for distorted current and voltage waveforms. The clamp meter provides AC current measurement up to 600 A and AC/DC voltage up to 600 V with a basic accuracy of 0.5%. It also features the AutoVA function, which automatically selects the measurement mode (ACA, ACV, or DCV), reducing operation time. The Peak-RMS function captures inrush values lasting as little as 65 ms, which is particularly useful for analyzing motor start-up currents. Additional options include frequency measurement for voltage and current, resistance measurement up to 999.9 Ω with 0.1 Ω resolution, and a fast continuity test with an audible signal (250 μs).
The BM357s clamp meter complies with LVD CAT III 600V safety standards and EMC requirements, and it is equipped with overvoltage protection up to 6 kV, ensuring user safety and device longevity. The backlit display allows work in dark environments, while the Data Hold function facilitates measurement analysis. The housing is made of high-impact, flame-retardant material, ensuring durability and safety.
