UGV Suspension (B) is a lightweight, compact, and durable suspension system for mobile robots, designed for integration with hub motors and chassis structures made from aluminum profiles or enclosed housings. With easy installation, high mechanical resistance, and support for clean cable routing, the module is suitable for off-road robotics projects, AGV vehicles, and mobile research platforms.
The compact suspension system for UGV-type mobile robots is made entirely from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum and designed for mounting DDSM210 and DDSM400 hub motors. Its structure includes a 65Mn spring steel component, offering high durability, mechanical resistance, and flexibility, which ensures effective vibration damping and movement stability. With a space-saving design, the module integrates clean cable routing for organized wiring. It can be mounted on standard European aluminum profiles (20-series) or enclosed chassis structures using side wall cutouts.
