Description
The Lanberg DSP1‑1005 is an unmanaged network switch that allows expanding the LAN infrastructure with five Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gb/s) ports. The device operates in Plug & Play mode – ports automatically negotiate speed and duplex settings and support MDI/MDIX, eliminating the need for crossover cables. No configuration is required.
Each RJ‑45 port supports the standards 10Base‑T, 100Base‑TX, and 1000Base‑T (IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3ab) and Flow Control (IEEE 802.3x). The switch uses the Realtek RTL8367 chipset and features passive cooling, allowing stable operation without a fan and generating minimal noise.
The device is equipped with LED indicators showing power status and port activity. The desktop format enclosure with mounting holes allows installation on a wall or desk. The switch is designed for use in SOHO and SMB environments, where reliable, low-power distribution of network traffic is required.
