3D printer nozzle in V6 standard with a 0.6 mm diameter, made of hardened tool steel with nickel plating and an additional WS2 coating reducing material adhesion. Designed for 1.75 mm filaments, especially abrasive materials and those requiring higher printing temperatures. Prusa Nozzle X E3D V6 0.6 mm
Nozzle X E3D V6 0.6 mm is designed for 3D printing with materials characterized by increased abrasiveness and higher processing temperatures. Compared to standard brass nozzles, it provides significantly higher wear resistance, enabling longer service life when working with filaments containing carbon fibers, metal particles, or other abrasive additives.
The nozzle is made of hardened tool steel and coated with a nickel layer that maintains hardness at elevated temperatures. An additional WS2 coating reduces filament adhesion to the nozzle surface, which improves print stability and surface quality of printed parts.
The nozzle is intended for use with 1.75 mm filaments and is compatible with E3D V6 hotends. In Original Prusa MK4 and Prusa XL printers, it can be used with the Nextruder V6 nozzle adapter (sold separately).
