Fully assembled hotend for the Nextruder system with a 0.40mm brass nozzle. The assembly includes a heater block, 40W heater and NTC 100k thermistor and is intended as a replacement part for compatible Original Prusa 3D printers. Prusa Research Nextruder Hotend brass 0.40 mm
The Prusa Nextruder Hotend brass 0.40mm is a fully assembled hotend for 3D printers using the Nextruder system. The assembly includes a 0.40mm Prusa Nozzle brass, heater block, heater and thermistor, allowing it to be installed as a complete replacement part during extruder maintenance.
The 0.40mm brass nozzle is suitable for standard non-abrasive filaments and provides a general-purpose balance between print detail and material throughput. This version uses the standard-flow nozzle design and does not use the High Flow CHT construction.
The hotend is compatible with Original Prusa MK4, MK3.9, MK4S, XL, CORE One, CORE One+, CORE One L, XL+ and CORE One+ Gen 2 printers. The manufacturer does not list this version as compatible with models including MK3.9S, MK3.5, MINI, MK3S+ and older printers using different hotend systems.
The Nextruder High Flow Hotend with a 0.40 mm brass nozzle delivers increased filament flow for faster printing while maintaining reliable print quality. The factory-assembled design ensures quick installation and broad compatibility with Original Prusa printers equipped with the Nextruder system. Prusa Research Nextruder High Flow Hotend 0,4 mm
