Description
Fiberlogy PA12+GF15 is an advanced engineering filament based on PA12 nylon, reinforced with 15% glass fiber, offering high mechanical, chemical, and thermal resistance. The material is intended for demanding technical applications such as structural elements, machine parts, and components exposed to dynamic loads.
The addition of glass fiber increases stiffness and strength while maintaining greater flexibility compared to carbon fiber-filled variants. The filament features excellent dimensional stability and low shrinkage, enabling precise printing without the need for an enclosed chamber.
The material is resistant to temperatures up to approx. 170°C and provides high impact and abrasion resistance. Due to its abrasive properties, the use of hardened steel or ruby nozzles is recommended.
