TSU104IPT with a double operational amplifier in the TSSOP14 housing from STMicroelectronics. It is characterized by very low power consumption up to 580 nA with 1.8 V power supply. The system can be supplied with voltage in the range of 1.5 ... 5.5 V, thanks to which it can be powered directly from batteries, eg Li-on or via stabilizer. Due to the low power consumption, the system can be used in applications such as battery-powered applications requiring a long operating time, UV and photo sensors, as well as pyroelectric passive infrared detection (PIR) or RFID readers.
