TSU102IST for a double operational amplifier in the MiniSO8 housing from STMicroelectronics. It is characterized by very low power consumption reaching even 580 nA at 1.8 V power supply. The system can be supplied with voltage from the 1.5-5.5 V range so that it can be powered directly from batteries such as Li-on or via a stabilizer. Due to the low power consumption, the system can be used in applications such as battery-powered applications requiring a long operating time, UV and photo sensors, as well as pyroelectric passive infrared detection (PIR) or RFID readers.
