Digital oscilloscope with built-in signal generator. It features a 7" TFT LCD display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution and adjustable backlight brightness. It has two measurement channels and features good performance, including a bandwidth of 100 MHz, a sampling rate of 1 GSa/s and a memory buffer of 8 M. It has numerous built-in functions to facilitate signal analysis, including AUTOSET auto-setting, measurement of 32 voltage-time parameters, serial bus decoding (RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN), FFT analysis, X-Y operation, waveform recording and communication with a PC via a USB interface. Besides, it supports SCPI remote control commands. In addition, the oscilloscope offers a single-channel signal generator with a waveform frequency of up to 25 MHz, which has the ability to generate sine wave, rectangular signal, triangular signal and noise. It is a useful measurement tool widely used in various fields such as communications, aerospace, embedded systems, computers, research and education.
