Description
BTB050040-M1D08202 is a dual-row male board-to-board connector designed for surface-mount (SMT) applications with an ultra-fine 0.5 mm pitch. The 2x20 pin configuration enables a 40-position PCB-to-PCB connection in space-constrained devices such as smartphones, smartwatches, TWS earphones, and other compact electronic products.
The connector features a low-profile design and dual contact points to enhance connection stability. The housing is made of black LCP material compliant with UL94V-0 flammability standards. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze, with selective gold plating in the contact area and tin plating on solder tails. The connector supports reflow soldering up to 260°C. Available mating height ranges from 3.0 to 6.5 mm depending on the version.
Electrical specifications include 60 V AC/DC operating voltage, 0.3 A current rating per pin, 500 V AC dielectric withstanding voltage, and 60–100 mΩ contact resistance. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +85°C with up to 95% RH humidity. Mechanical durability is rated for 30 mating cycles.
