Description
The professional JBC soldering station is an advanced tool designed for precise electronic work, combining a compact design with the latest JBC technology. It features an intelligent temperature management system that automatically adjusts power and temperature to the actual soldering needs. With sleep and hibernation functions, the station can extend tip life up to five times, minimizing wear and saving energy.
The station offers a nominal power of 175 W and a tool peak power of up to 130 W, ensuring fast heating and immediate response to changing working conditions. The adjustable temperature range of 90 to 450°C allows for comfortable and safe work with various electronic components – from delicate SMDs to large connectors. Precision is ensured by a temperature accuracy of ±3% and stability of ±1.5°C in static conditions, meeting the IPC J-STD-001 standard.
The station features an integrated tip cleaning system and a patented quick cartridge exchanger, allowing safe and convenient handling without cooling down the tool. Thanks to USB-B and FAE connectors, the station supports firmware updates, data downloads, remote control, and fume extractor integration.
Included is the T245 handpiece, compatible with a wide range of C245 series tips, providing maximum flexibility for various applications. The compact size and weight make the device highly ergonomic. The unit complies with the ESD standard (ANSI/ESD S20.20), ensuring full safety when working with sensitive components.
