Fiberlogy PLA Impact Refill Graphite filament with a 1.75mm diameter and 1.00kg net weight, designed for FFF/FDM printing of functional parts, prototypes and components exposed to mechanical loads. The material provides 40MPa tensile strength, a 2870MPa tensile modulus and increased impact resistance, while annealed parts can reach a heat deflection temperature of 75–85°C at 0.45MPa. Fiberlogy 3S-PLA.IMPACT-REFILL-GRAPHITE-100-175
Fiberlogy PLA Impact Refill Graphite 1.75mm 1.00kg filament is designed for FFF/FDM printing of functional prototypes, replacement parts, brackets, tools and other components requiring greater resistance to impact and cracking than standard PLA. The Graphite variant provides a graphite finish, while the material combines PLA printability with increased mechanical resistance.
Tensile strength reaches 40MPa, while tensile modulus is 2870MPa. Flexural strength reaches 73MPa, with a flexural modulus of 2410MPa. According to the TDS, notched Izod impact strength at 23°C is 160kJ/m. Mechanical properties specified for printed parts were measured on XY specimens with 100% infill after annealing at 110°C for 15min.
The recommended printing temperature is 220–245°C, while the bed temperature range is 50–70°C. An enclosed chamber is not required, allowing the material to be processed on typical FFF/FDM printers.
PLA Impact is suitable for functional prototypes, brackets, working parts and components exposed to mechanical loads. The Refill version is designed for use with a compatible reusable spool from the new Fiberlogy spool system.

Material density is 1.22g/cm³. Glass transition temperature is 55–60°C, while melting temperature is 165–180°C. After annealing, heat deflection temperature at 0.45MPa reaches 75–85°C. The 1.75mm filament is manufactured with a diameter tolerance of ±0.02mm and average roundness variation of ±0.01mm. The Refill variant has a net weight of 1.00kg and is supplied without a standard disposable spool.
