SQ-SW3 is a professional capacitor spot welder with high output current, designed for working with nickel and copper in battery projects, workshops, and electronics production. Equipped with two types of welding pens and supporting multiple charging modes, it offers flexibility, precision, and efficient welding while ensuring high durability of components.
Description
The SQ-SW3 spot welder with capacitor energy storage is designed for precise welding of nickel strips, pure nickel, and copper sheet. A maximum output current of 2500 A and voltage up to 5.6 V enable reliable and fast welding in applications requiring high energy.
The device supports multiple charging modes (AC, DC, fast, slow, from battery) and offers two triggering modes: automatic and manual. The housing made entirely of aluminum ensures efficient heat dissipation, and the supercapacitor guarantees high energy capacity and long service life.
The set includes two types of welding pens: split SWP25 and integrated WP30. Both use 25 mm² cables made of soft, multi-stranded copper coated with nickel. The 1.8" color LCD screen provides access to settings and information in Chinese, English, and Russian.
