Description
Portable 65W digital flask soldering iron with built-in OLED display. It has an adjustable operating temperature from 50°C to 400°C with 1°C increments. It has many built-in functions such as automatic sleep, shutdown and intelligent compensation system, which provide good temperature control and intuitive operation of the device. The user can define the 3 most frequently used temperatures and an implemented Boost mode that temporarily increases the soldering temperature when activated by a button. The dynamic circuit detection system ensures safety during soldering and protects the soldered circuits from damage.
The TS101 is equipped with a new, larger OLED display with a resolution of 128x32 pixels, which is used to show current operating parameters such as target temperature, supply voltage and operating temperature. The blade mounting and stabilization system guarantees stable operation and an easy way to change blades. The soldering iron supports dedicated soldering tips and is compatible with the soldering tips designed for the TS100.
The handle is ergonomically shaped and comfortable for both left- and right-handed users. The non-slip pad provides a stable grip and prevents accidental slipping out during soldering.
The device has a flexible power interface, which can be connected via a DC connector or a USB Type-C socket. The DC connector supports voltages from 9 volts to 24 volts and up to 65 watts of power, while the USB Type-C socket allows power from 9 volts to 28 volts and up to 90 watts of power using the Power Delivery standard. Besides, the soldering iron can be powered by a 4S/5S LiPo battery or Power Bank, making it a portable tool for working outside the workshop. The soldering iron is easy to assemble and disassemble, and when disassembled, it takes up much less space and is easier to transport. The user can connect the soldering iron to a computer and update the software easily using the DFU function, which provides the ability to access the latest functionality.
