RS-232 FREQUENCY METER - PLATE PCB

An uncomplicated system that allows frequency measurement via the serial port of a PC. The design is very simple, easy to assemble and run. A small PCB and a minimal number of elements make the meter fit in the casing of the nine-pin RS232 port connector. The whole is cheap and extremely helpful in the work and regulations.
Attention! The meter's capabilities depend mainly on your computer!
The meter software can be downloaded from the EdW website from the FTP section.

The device is particularly recommended in workshop works, electronics-constructors and service technicians

Selected parameters:

  • adapter attached to the 9-pin RS232 port
  • maximum measured frequency - up to 10 MHz
  • work under Windows
  • power supply - 12 V (from a computer)
  • printed circuit board and documentation included
