CAR-AUDIO CONVERTER - PLATE

Inverter increasing the voltage of a typical electric car installation, designed to supply audio systems (mainly power amplifiers). Thanks to the device, it is possible to obtain more than 200 W of power. The system is based on a pulse transformer and an integrated TL494 controller. As actuators, MOSFET transistors were used. The inverter, despite the simplicity of the construction, has an original current, overvoltage and undervoltage protection. This guarantees the safety of the car installation and powered equipment.
