Thanks to this device it is enough to call home from any end of the world using a tone dialing device, after a few rings the receiver will accept the call and report its readiness with a sound signal, then just press one or more numeric keys on the phone and the device will turn on or off controlled devices , e.g. outdoor lighting lamps, alarm system, stove, video recorder, etc.
Basic parameters:
- remote control using any telephone keypad (with the function of tone dialing)
- the ability to control using the local keyboard
- the ability to control work from one to four devices
- independence from the power grid due to backup power from four R6 cells
- power consumption by the system below 1? A (at rest)
- simple construction thanks to the use of a specialized DTMF decoder
