When it is necessary to control high-power devices over the Internet or LAN, a specialized relay module will be useful. Equipped with an Ethernet interface, it also has additional functions - it allows you to control the status of additional inputs, including analog ones. The system was designed based on popular integrated circuits, so the cost of performance is not high. In addition, source codes are available for modifying the software.
