The recorder is used to collect temperature samples. It was designed to record temperature changes during the day outside and inside the home. The AT89C2051 processor is the "heart" of the recorder. it reads data from sensors, saves in non-volatile memory and supervises the connection to a PC. The whole is a universal module - an adapter that can work with virtually any computer equipped with a serial interface.
