The UIPt meter enables measurement of voltage (U), current (I), power (P) and temperature (T). Many different types of meters intended for use in their own equipment were already described in the EP, but there was no one that would allow measurements of magnitudes other than voltage and current. This is a project of a multifunctional device that has 8 inputs, each configured and calibrated independently, and thanks to the availability of program sources, it can be easily adapted to your needs.

Recommendations: the meter will be an interesting extension for a workshop power supply or other laboratory power source.

Basic parameters:

• 2x16 LCD display (optionally 2x20, 4x16 or 4x20)
• measurement of 8 sizes
• voltage measurement up to 50V, current up to 5A, power up to 250W, temperature in the range -50 .. + 200 ° C
• supply voltage 8.40V
• current consumption approx. 70 mA (with WH1602B2-TMI-CT type LCD display)
• ATmega88 microcontroller (or ATmega168, ATmega328)

Measurement ranges:

• voltage 0.50V - resolution 100 mV
• 0.1A current - 100 mA resolution
• power 0.50W - resolution 100 mW
• temperature from -50 to + 200 ° C - 0.1 ° resolution
