P-NUCLEO-6180X1 - set: plate VL6180X + NUCLEO-F401RE

Descritpion

The kit includes an expansion board (expander) with a VL6180X sensor and a NUCLEO-F401RE development board.

• The expander allows you to use the capabilities of the VL6180X sensor, based on ST FlightSense ™ Time-of-Flight technology. This tile allows you to measure object zoom, lighting intensity and gesture detection. It is compatible with STM32 Nucleo and has through connectors compatible with the Arduino spacing, so you can add more modules, such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
• STM32 NUCLEO-F401RE, thanks to the powerful STM32F401RE processor, allows you to create advanced programs and projects, and the built-in programmer / debugger ST-LINK / V2-1 makes this board handy and always ready for action.

• Flash memory: 512 kB
• Possibility of extensions through:
• connector compatible with Arduino Uno Revision 3
• STM32 MORPHO connector, giving access to all I / O lines
• Built-in ST-LINK / V2-1 programmer / debugger
• PCB power supply: from USB or via MORPHO connector (3.3 V, 5 V, 7 - 12 V)
• Three LEDs
• Two temporary buttons: user button and RESET

Expander with the VL6180X sensor:

• VL6180X sensor detects approach, gestures and illuminance
• The slide switch allows you to select the display mode:
• Display distance
• Displaying the brightness of the lighting
• A four-digit display, indicating the distance to the destination or the value from the illuminance sensor
• Excellent accuracy of distance measurement, independent of the object's reflective ability
• Possibility to connect up to three external mini-boards with VL6180X (VL6180X-SATEL)
• Simple gesture recognition applications can be developed using one or several VL6180XA1 sensors (option)
