Knowledge about the current temperature is information that we use every day and many times. Probably because of this, projects of electronic thermometers are very popular. Sometimes, however, in addition to the knowledge of the current temperature, information about temperature fluctuations over a longer period of time is equally useful. This is important, for example, when assessing the state of food stored in a frozen state. For its quality it is not safe accidental, periodic heating and re-freezing. The thermometer-recorder allows you to remember temperature changes, and then recorded measurements can be viewed as a line graph of temperature as a function of time.
Recommendations: the whole device consists of 10 elements. It is small, adapted to battery power and thanks to that it can be used for measurements anywhere.
