Editor-in-chief recommends

We are giving you the expected, August edition of Practical Electronics. Repeated periodically, of course with changed content, the holiday EP number enjoys constant interest. Many people ask me: what about this year "let go" on vacation? A wide group of readers, especially younger ones, who do not have the middle of modern cars, are interested in tuning their vehicles. I think they will be pleased with the rare design of the gas combustion meter designed to work with the LPG installation. You can also find many audio systems in the August EP. We publish designs of two D / A converters (one with S / PDIF input, the other designed to work with a PC computer and equipped with a USB interface), a multi-channel volume control and a tube headphone amplifier.
